RecommendedCheryl and the sauna are wonderful
I had a sciatic issue, and normally it means several trips to the Chiropractor. Not this time!! I went to Gotta Sauna and after just ONE session, it was so much better. I was AMAZED at the results! I went for another session the very next day and now good as new! I will be telling everyone I know about GOTTA SAUNA! You have to give it a try!!!
I have heard so much good things about gotta sauna. I decided to check it out. it was the most relaxing 30 I have had in a long time. There is so many benefits to using the pod. and the lady that walked me through my first was absolutely wonderful so nice and so helpful. I definitely recommend trying gotta sauna

I was very reluctant at first to try this as I am closterohobic and was just unsure all together. But, I decided to try it out and completely fell in love with it. I suffer from RA lower back pain and stiff joints. After trying the POD I felt completely relaxed and like a whole new person!
Had our first session Saturday and had a great day of no back or hand pain while fishing for hours. Can't wait to see how I feel after several most times.
Was gifted a session as this is something I probably wouldn’t have tried on my own because I didn’t know the benefits the pod offers. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about all the benefits of sauna therapy. The infrared lights assist with burning calories, detoxification, muscle pain, etc. The massager was an added bonus. This was the best 30 minute nap I’ve had in a long time! Seriously worth trying.
Today I tried Gotta Sauna. I loved it! So relaxing & I almost fell asleep. The total body massage & infrared heat was wonderful. I noticed the back pain I have had all week was gone this afternoon. I am excited to go back & looking forward to some other much needed health benefits. This office was very clean & professional. Thank you Cheryl & Scott!
Love Gotta Sauna! I visit every time I’m in town, wish I lived closer to go more often.
