Absolutely terrible service. Booked a prescription renewal online specifically for a phone consultation as I work two jobs to ensure our politicians stay fed, and 10 minutes before my appointment I get a text stating that I have to sign into Zoom for my appointment. I call and the employee on the phone who speaks broken English couldn't understand anything. This is the epitome of Canadian Healthcare, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
