Loved genuine roadsides burger, though I didn't think the fried chicken sandwich had much flavor.

The broth for the shio ramen was disappointingly bland.
Ivan Ramen offers wonderful, flavorful rice and ramen bowls. Close to Signature and Pearl theaters, folks!

This place is a logistical nightmare. The food is not that good and the patrons are stupid. Don't even bother.
