Be careful of this place. This location is becoming less of a storage business and more of an illegal e-bike location. They still allow e-bike charging after repeatedly being by fined by the City
Terrible experience! I strongly advise against using Gotham Mini Storage. For two days in a row, the freight elevator hasn’t been working, and no one seems to care. On Saturday, we were stuck there from 11 AM to 8 PM waiting for them to fix it. The staff kept repeating, “30 more minutes,” “an hour more,” only to finally say at 8 PM, “Come back tomorrow.” We returned the next day — and the same thing happened again!
