Once again, Gotham City Reglazing saved a cool old tub and in the process saved us $$$. The old tub looks like a new classy piece...nothing went to the landfill...and it cost us a whole lot less than removing the old tub and putting in a new one. Gotham City Reglazing always shows up when they say they will and does an outstanding job.
I really appreciate the great job done by Gotham City Reglazing. I was in a pinch with a time frame and they came in and did all the tubs in a 4 plex within my needed time and did a spectacular job. These guys are definately the guys to use moving forward for us!!!!
No one asked me about my color choice but I asked about colors because I didnt want my tub and tile to be white - the other fixtures in the bathroom are bone color. I was told that it was no problem - to simply tell the technician when he arrives (which turned out to be 45 minutes late). Apparently for Gotham City, it takes 2 entire days to mix a color and this man had the nerve to be irritated and rude to ME - as if it were MY fault because he "drove all that way for nothing." NOT recommended!
This lady had an attitude as soon as we walked in. She was sent a prep letter 1 week in advance before we came. On the prep letter stated the color we were going to use. She should have called us to say we had the wrong color stated on the letter. She did NOT read the prep letter. I asked her if she wanted to reschedule and she said I dont know .Then she emailed us back saying she want us to do the job for $75 dollars less. SHE WANTED US TO COME BACK TO DO THE JOB FOR LESS MONEY AND WE REFUSED SO NOW SHE POSTS NEGATIVE FEEDB... read more

Gotham City did an excellent job reglazing an old basement shower! After they got under the initial top layer, there was more to fix than they realized & had estimated. However, they kept to their estimate & went beyond what they could have done and completed the job with a top quality finish. I'm a realtor, so I will recommend Gotham to many folks who are investors & regular home buyers. I'm very pleased with their work & work ethic.
I needed to get my tub refinished due to a prior job done incorrectly, so speaking from experience that the refinisher really does make the difference. Also needed to replace an old shower fixture. The job was completed within the desired time frame and they worked the entire time they were at my residence without taking breaks.
