I'm sorry to say i did not have the pleasurable experience that many other reviewers had. I was looking forward to trying it out as it's a New York institution that I haven't been to yet. the food was pretty good-as expected although the crudo appetizer was honestly underwhelming. The branzino and the chocolate cake with salted ice cream were spot on though. The "turd in the punch bowl" was the bartender's (my waiter) conversation.
