A flat roof repair just in time for hurricane season. Julian and his team were highly responsive, informative, and honest. Julian personally came to our home and squeezed us into his busy schedule on a Saturday morning and carefully walked through each detail of our roof inspection with my husband. We got our warehouse metal roof silicone sprayed by GoTech Roofing. They turbo powerwashed the roof, applied a rust reformer, and sprayed the silicone. The project manager and crew were very professional. They took the time to explain the benefits and what to expect in terms of durability and a 20 year warranty. The roof looks great and we have already noticed a reduction in our electricity bill due to the energy savings from the ultra white silicone reflecting the sun's heat.
