I had GoTech Roofing come out for a flat roof inspection and recommendations for my 2 old roofs. They gave me 2 options, either full flat roof replacement or silicone roof coating. The silicone roof coating was about half the price of the full replacement. So, I went with that option. My 2 commercial flat roofs came out amazing. It has been a few months since they finished, and I haven’t had any leaks. Fast and great communication. I would highly recommend them.

A flat roof repair just in time for hurricane season. Julian and his team were highly responsive, informative, and honest. Julian personally came to our home and squeezed us into his busy schedule on a Saturday morning and carefully walked through each detail of our roof inspection with my husband.
