We got our warehouse metal roof silicone sprayed by GoTech Roofing. They turbo powerwashed the roof, applied a rust reformer, and sprayed the silicone. The project manager and crew were very professional. They took the time to explain the benefits and what to expect in terms of durability and a 20 year warranty.
