Gressa was great, full of knowledge on solar shades, Michael was quick and efficient with perfect installation. Product came on time and are lovely in our new house/new porch!
Gressa (and Kay) came out within a week of our request. She listened to what we wanted, we started with the important windows first, with what did we wanted/needed. She brought in samples after samples, gave us her expert opinion when asked, she solutioned different options for the different areas in our house and kept us at budget. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process. When the blinds came in, the install process was quick with great communication. Highly Recommend!
Gressa at Gotcha Covered is the best! She is so delightful to chat with and has great ideas and suggestions. Even the installer, Michael, was wonderful as well. Such a fabulous company to work with. I highly recommend her for your window treatment needs. I’ve utilized her services three times now and have never been disappointed!!
We are very happy with our blinds. Gressa listened patiently to our desires and questions and did not pressure us to buy more. She was also very gracious when we needed to make adjustments to our order. I would recommend Gotcha Covered.
