Absolutely excellent! A wonderful family owned business who cares that you and your family are actually happy. These people will jump through hoops to make sure you are happy with what’s installed and will go out of their way to make you feel important. Super responsive and easy to work with. And knowledgeable. They told me about blinds that even when closed, preserve my view. I’m very happy. Thanks all of you Mark, Kristin and Xavier!! Definitely recommend. You just don’t find companies like this anymore. Terrific!
I only do a review for 5 Star Service. Please know I went into Gotcha Covered on a snowy afternoon and meet a very nice woman Kristen an told her what I was looking for and a large order for the Glenwood Canyon Resort "GM of Property". This nevers happens but she called me 15 minutes later and ask me would it be ok if and person comes over in 15 minutes to measure the project. Great installation,on time and on budget. Had minor call back (for something I wanted) came back shortly and added what I wanted,at no charge. Marc said he just wanted me to be happy. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
