Great experience with Gotcha Covered. Professional, responsive, and reliable from start to finish. Excellent work with window treatments, blind installation, shade repair, and motorized shades. Knowledgeable with Lutron systems and high-quality products. A trusted blind company serving Aspen and the Western Slope. Highly recommend for residential and commercial projects.
I would give Gotcha Covered Zero stars if that were possible. They were contracted to install our phantom screens, and did an absolutely terrible job. We have been trying to get them to come back and fix their shoddy workmanship for over two months, and all we gat are excuses, not showing up when thy say the will, and continued delays. It is a poor product, and the installation and service is even worse.

Absolutely excellent! A wonderful family owned business who cares that you and your family are actually happy. These people will jump through hoops to make sure you are happy with what’s installed and will go out of their way to make you feel important. Super responsive and easy to work with. And knowledgeable. They told me about blinds that even when closed, preserve my view. I’m very happy. Thanks all of you Mark, Kristin and Xavier!! Definitely recommend. You just don’t find companies like this anymore. Terrific!
