James and his help were great to work with. Once they were able to begin the sanding, patching, and finishing the old wood floors in our 1964-house, it went very quickly (like, 3-days). He is obviously knowledgeable and experienced. He discussed options for finishes and their pros/cons and let me choose what I wanted. He is serious about doing a job the right way.
