From the minute you enter their office you are given the most professional care you expect. Everyone is so friendly and makes one relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Mark Smith is without doubt the best dentist I have ever had. Kind,painless, caring, polite and listens to my concerns to calm me.
I had my teeth cleaned and checked by Dr. Smith's office. I also needed a tooth extracted. Everything at the office was neat, very clean, and all people working in the office were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Dr. Smith explains everything he needs to do and is careful and gentle about doing his job. I was very pleased with all tasks performed.
The Got Smile Team is amazing! From the moment you walk in you are warmly greeted and attended to. The dental team takes their time to make sure that they have carefully attended to your oral hygiene. This office offers a high level of professional skill and also provides a warm personal environment for their patients.
My kid does NOT like dentist but he is happy there and likes to go. The team are NICE and funny. They tell him dad jokes. They explain everything they are going to do and they are very easy to work with on schedule.
They are caring, compassionate and take excellent care of their patients.
Friendly Gentle No Pain My experience at Got Smile was so wonderful. I normally have to have gas just to have my teeth cleaned but everyone is sooo fantastic I had a root canal and ha no pain at all. With no gas. Going to the dentist is no longer a terrifying experience. Thank you soooo much!
