We hired these guys upon learning recent bad weather caused mice to move in to my mom's place. Unfortunately, our experience with Got Rats Rodent Proofing did not align with the quality and professionalism we received from other services supported by the Yelp referral program. First, there was never an appointment scheduled that they were not at least two hours late for, which includes the first consult. That should have been the first sign of trouble.
