The worst. I took my client to northboro location which they told her appt was in Worcester. We was going to reschedule until they told us it was ok to make it to the one in Worcester if we drove right away. Which we did and her appt was at 2:10. We got there at 2:27 which is 2 mins past the window and they told her they wasn't able to take her. Girl in front desk was extra rude about it.
told me I would have to take an $80 class before I could get contacts?? I’ll be finding a new eye doctor because this showed me they are just money hungry. I asked others I know who have contacts and they all told me they never had to take or pay for a class before getting contacts.
Phoebe was amazing and understanding during the process of finding frames/ giving the prices of everything
This is my second time going to Goswick Eye. This time I was attended by Phoebe O’Malley, the optician. She was great with assisting us with finding the best frames and prices. She efficient and very informative. Thank you Phoebe
