The person sent to my business called me 20 minutes before estimated arrival to tell me that I needed to pay him in cash or by cash app before the cleaning and then yelled and cursed at me when I told him that our business doesn't pay in cash, we pay only through check or credit card. Business to business transactions need to be documented.
