I’ve been to this salon twice, and unfortunately, both experiences left much to be desired. The first time, I walked in without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by the short wait and decent customer service. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood, and the vibe was relaxed. Horrible customer service at this salon. I went there ONCE in December and my nails did not look like the photo, and my cuticles BLED heavily. Regardless, I tipped and left no review because those things happen. Today, my friend went there and received horrible service. Made her cuticles bleed, told her, a brown woman, that the color she chose "would not look good on her skin", and proceeded to speak to each other in front of her in a language she did not understand. I work here. I love it here. It’s the best salon i worked so far in my career. We offer free drinks.good vibes, great music, well trained nail techs. Reasonable prices for nail services. We are a good team and we delivered above and beyond the requested of photo’inspo. If u are truly looking for the best nail to stick with. This is it.
