Beware of Liz. I came here and got both a pedicure and manicure. While in the area with my cousin who came into town I had her drop me off here. My plan was to Uber back. However upon setting up a Uber ride I discovered they are now asking for verification and proof of identity. I had a picture of my license but not the actual license. I asked the manager Liz if she would take a picture of my ID so that it can be uploaded to Uber's new verification screen. She asked why. I explained. Very poor customer service. Despite having a confirmed 5:00 pm appointment, we were made to wait until 5:40 pm while repeatedly being told “just 5 more minutes.” No one was upfront about the delay. We eventually had to leave. We are loyal customers and drove 30 minutes for this appointment. The experience was especially disappointing in Liz’s absence—she has always been honest and respectful of our time, unlike the staff we dealt with today.

Went for the first time here and it was not a good experience my nails look like i painted them 😩 I asked for gel and the Gel didn’t even look nice at all.
