Unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. My technican seemed to be completely unaware my Santa Cruz had a dual clutch and even ask me how I knew that or where did I get that ideal from. There was a system update that needed to be done so I dropped my car off on Tues for the update, an oil change and informed them of the check engine light was on due to the issue with the transmission that is under warranty.
