Very poor service. Price quoted did not agree with sticker price.
The best service department in Memphis. My service advisor is so friendly and knowledgeable she completely understands how to take of the customer. Honorable mentions to the mechanics they are the unseen heroes
Carter Williams was so professional and helpful. He was outstanding to work with. Daja Taylor walked me through Blue Lite and answered questions about my vehicle. These young people are being trained well! Awesome experience and I Love my Kona!
