RecommendedGoshen Motors was fantastic in resolving the issue of a rusted out front end subframe on my 2004 Hyundai Sonata. Oct. 26 It started making noise and handling erratically. When I got home and checked the front end one wheel was pointed slightly out from the other. I called Hyundai’s 800 Customer service line first. They explained there had been a recall in 2009 and my vehicle had been checked by a dealer in Charleslton, IL. These guys are a joke! Got my ignition switch changed out from these guys, when I got my truck back none of the remotes worked the lock and unlock on the door were reversed and my aftermarket remote start wouldn't work. So I take it back and all they fix is the remote lock and unlock, switch on the door still not working. So yea after I tore into the truck I find that the reason my remote start didn't work is because they cut a good portion of the wires out. Chris Miller will lie to you and knowingly let you and your family drive 40 minutes one way to see a car he doesn't have. His explanation was that he had a different car to show me and that is why he lied. What a jerk, then he harassed me by phone until I made an adult sit him in a corner. Any employer or manager that lets him represent them will be sorry.
Absolutely the best service dept I’ve been to ever!! I can only think of positives to say about Pat, Bryson, and the lady(I apologize I forgot your name) that works in the service dept. their customer service levels were beyond phenomenal. Thank you again. My truck feels brand new now �
Took my 2014 Santa Fe in for a recall very upfront and even set me up with a Rental Vehicle as the parts are back ordered 6-8 weeks
Unbelievable incompetence...had brand new $45k Acadia in multiple times for broken items...from day 1...they said they couldn’t “recreate” the issue, each time...items still broken, but now past 36k warranty...called bc issue is happening again and they are wanting to charge diagnosis fee of $98...will never return..this was my 4th vehicle from them too...
