I actually can say to my surprise I had a wonderful experience! They were so patient with me when I had my two younger kids with me & helped me keep them entertained while I waited for my CPAP teaching as being heavily pregnant & in a LOT of pain that day made so much difficult for me. I had to wait a little bit for a Lyft to pop up to get us home & Stacy actually called to check on me to make sure I got home safely. Stacy was amazing to chat with & helped me make sure I got the right mask. I didn’t want the scary monstrous ... read more

Our newborn was diagnosed with jaundice and sent home yesterday. The hospital ordered a Bili Blanket from a company out of Fort Wayne and we were told it would be here yesterday. 24 hours later and it never showed up! We worked with our family doctors office and they sent a request to Goshen Home Medical. Within two hours of the order being submitted, we had the Bili blanket at our house and on our newborn. I thought it was pretty poor customer service when my mother called to ask what size compression socks she wore and was told they were too busy to go look.
