Marsha Dallas is one of the worst counselors I've ever been to. She constantly cancelled appointments or was late. The worst is that she shared information and violated my HIPAA rights. Unfortunately once I realized this, it was after the 6 month window to file a HIPAA complaint. I would never recommend her for anyone!

After waiting 21 minutes in the tiny cubby that is provided as a waiting room, listening through the paper thin walls/door to another patient discuss with the doctor the sequence of CPS taking her children away, I cried at my disappointment & left. After doing so, my husband contacted the office to see why I had not even been greeted during the duration of my wait, up until 5 mins after my appointment time, which at that point I left the building. I'm new to the area and called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist told me they book weeks out, which isn't out of the norm. However, my problem arose when I told her that I had changed insurances, my old is currently still active and my new plan would be active Feb. 1st. She refused to schedule me an appointment without my insurance cards in hand because, as she stated, they need to insure they fill spots so they get paid because that's how they keep the lights on. Dr. Winkler has many degrees and many interests of a wide variety. He is also a very kind man. Unfortunately, he has a difficult time keeping his mind in the conversation. It took two visits (one was turned into an extended session) just to get through his questionnaire. He asked a question (do you practice any ethnic related traditions) and my answer (no, I’m 100% English) set him off on a 10 minute history lesson on Germany on my dime.
