Sales manager in pre owned department didn't introduce himself when interacted with, really felt rushed into buying something without given the option to search around. Once indicated that there was nothing they can do the salesman literally just left. On the other hand the people inside the main building were nice.

I had a great experience with Gosch collision Temecula. They called me every couple days to keep me updated on how the repairs to my car were doing.
First experience with Gosch. We bought our vehicle out in FONTANA and had an issue that needed to be taken care of, but we live in Murrieta. We have had Warranty issues and all sorts of things going wrong with this, down to the weather holding the part up from being delivered. All I can say is, the Service Manager Tom, and Ian on his team, together are amazing. Tom has remained in contact with us and made our urgency, his urgency. We have been 3 cars with them and have had good luck with all three of them. We have had good service when we take the cars for repairs that need to be done. About a month ago I had my account for service and replace the windshield wipers all three of them. Of course we hadn't had any rain up until last Saturday and while driving down the freeway on 15 it started to rain and I had to turn the wipers on. 1 blow off and of course it was the driver side. This is my 3rd time doing a review, I deleted the other two because I decided to give them a second chance. Twice! Biggest mistake... to start they have poor customer service. They're super nice when trying to sell a car but when it comes to parts and service, they've been total jerks. I called the collision service to ask them a question on my car since they did the work on my ford and the same problem is continuing and also to schedule an appointment to fix my issue. Jonathan Schneider treated us well and had us in and out so fast that we were able to cruise our New F150 to the wineries by Noon. Don't judge we're a truck driving trailer hauling family. For the best deal and service you can't beat this place!!!! They'll search high and low for the exact truck you're looking for.
