Awesome buying experience. Vicki responded to my initial online pricing request immediately, gave me accurate info, and didn't harass me after that. When I was ready, Jonathan took every bit of time necessary to help me figure out exactly what was best for me, and steered me away from a couple of pitfalls I wasn't aware of. He was available to answer my questions at any time of day, even his days off. I got a great deal and enjoyed every bit of time there. A+
