My 2012 Escape back up camera stopped working. I called my service rep, Kenn Olson, and he told me to disconnect the positive cable on the battery for 5 minutes then reconnect so the system reboots. If that didn't work clean the camera & 4 sensors located on the bumper. I did all that & it now works. Once again Kenn came to the rescue. He really is my hero & has always given me great service. In fact he is one of the reasons I bought my car at the Temecula Gosch Ford. Thank you Kenn. Marie Mahon
