Worst experience ever! Management is garbage! I had my belongings stolen out of my car totaling 618.00. My brand new car was damaged 3 times while in service with dents and scratches. Steve and his bosses were more worried about their own pocketbooks which caused me the customer to get so screwed I am now out 19 k on top of the 40 k car I bought from them and nobody seems to care because they got their money so nothing else matters. Was considering replacing my Ford F-150 with an Explorer. However, since Ford felt it necessary to to delve into politics by supporting spoiled rich NFL players who are disrespecting our flag and our country, I will no longer consider Ford for my replacement vehicle. This isn't a boycott, I simply will not support a company with my money that would be so short-sighted. Hopefully the dealership will tell Ford corporate they just cost them a customer.

Let me start by saying I love the space inside my Ford Flex...it's why I bought that model. Now let's talk service experience...I've had the car exactly 1 year and in that time have had to bring it in for 3 separate panel issues inside and out ( things flapping in the wind outside and falling off randomly inside) . I just picked up my car from the Collision center at Gosch Ford, and it looks fantastic! My brand new Honda Pilot had a mishap where the lift gate was open and the garage door came down on it, which left scratches and missing paint (down to the body). It was a fairly minor thing, but they guys at Gosch Ford took care of my car like it was ROYALTY.
