I called in to ask about Ford's inventory as I am going to be trading my car in. I spoke with Tracey in regards to my request, she transferred me to a sales representative. It is hard to find good service anymore but Tracey provided excellent customer service and went above in beyond making sure I was helped immediately.
I just have to say, Terry McDowell makes finding the right car a fun, great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.
