People beware, this guy is awful. I was just yelled at on the phone by Kesar. He had told my mom he'd be here today to fix a problem on an install job that he performed. We were waiting around for an hour and half when my mom called him to see where he was at. He told my mom "oh there was an issue, we'll be there tomorrow" if we didn't call this guy, we'd be waiting all day for him.
