I've been going to this practice since Dr. Melvyn Gorsen was still in it. Him and his son Michael are the only people I'd ever trust. Every single filling I've ever gotten was without a novacaine needle and the first one at age 12. I trust Michael with anything. I started bringing my husband to see him and he loves him to. When my kids are too old for their pediatric dentist, they will be switched to him as well. My husband always scares me and asks me what I'm going to do when Michael retires. Staff was very professional and very personable . Came there many many years ago and Dr. Mike's father was my dentist for years. A pleasure to say that Dr. Mike is the same kind of dentist of the same kind of character as his dad.

My first visit with Dr.Gorsen and his staff was very pleasant to say the least. Friendly and Professional is and understatement!! So glad my husband and I found a Great Dentist in our area who care about people and what they do!! Thank you sincerely!!
My son, Matthew Basens, was in the office 2/14 for a checkup and cleaning. He rates the hygienist as excellent. The doctor, however, left much to be desired. She did not introduce herself or address Matthew as a patient. He was examined, and she told the hygienist he had 2 cavities. Experiences such as this are not good for doctor/patient relationships. If there is no improvement at the next visit, we will find another practice who values our business. Sincerely, Denise Basens
