I’m extremely disappointed by the customer service at this location. The Puerto Rican clerk consistently displayed a hostile and unprofessional attitude, speaking to customers in a rude manner, yelling, and making insulting remarks. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the experience felt rushed, disrespectful, and unnecessarily stressful.
