My salesman, Earl was helpful by showing me several different vehicles, he was also patient throughout the process by showing me the various features of the cars we looked at. The general manager, DyShan was pleasant to work with and accommodated my request for an acception to my request for a small discount. The finance manager, Tony was efficient at going over the contract and not at all pushy with the up selling of additional warranties and services. The service department has gotten a new crew in the last couple weeks and you can tell they are trying to turn everything around for the better. Looking at other reviews they can't go back and make things great from a year ago but they are doing what they can and I've really appreciated all the communication I've gotten the last few days and willingness to help. Thanks Lisa and Jason for all yall are trying to do to help make it better.
