Our experience with Brian Bellairs was very negative. We made an offer on a home he had for sale (with himself as the listing agent). He accepted our offer but unfortunately the home appraised at a value less than had been negotiated. We liked the home very much and were already invested in it through inspections etc. so we offered to pay the full appraised price requesting no closing costs or repairs.
