I would give them 4 stars for the guys who came out to do the work. They did a great job. However the management did some mess ups. First they didn’t communicate well with the sales representative about our needs and expectations. Second, they assumed we wanted the fence to look like steps and we did not want that so we had to sacrifice some inches and feet in certain areas to get the look we wanted. Highly recommend! They are very communicative and great people to work with. Honest, reliable and always show up on time. I’ve worked with plenty of companies in this space and Gorilla Works exceeded my expectations!
