I was able to rent a large unit on short notice using just my smart phone. Unit was clean and dry. No issues with water even with heavy rain. Staff answered my questions promptly via email. Easy and convenient.
Hard to get help when you need it. Mice and spiders all over our unit . Have rented this space for about 5 years. Today lock from storage owners doesn’t work and when I called it is an outsourced company and no one could help us. Now here we sit in front of our unit without any help to keep our items safe 🤨 Update: owner did call me and tried to help but unfortunately he was out of town. Still hoping to get the lock fixed soon.
