Not someone I would hire It's a known fact that Service Magic only shows rosy reviews while masks negative ones so its rating can't be trusted. Regarding Gorilla Heating, it's service techs are very unprofessional. Late or no show on many of their appointments. They knowledge on heating/cooling setups is also questionable. They don't even work with the flex gastite pipe and lie about the cost of materials. Overall it's a bad company. Avoid it if you can.
Do not use Never use them. It has been three weeks for them to show up and still have not. They were paid some money up front and now cost me money and reputation due to their poor service. Whoops what service they have not even showed up. I will be posting more info on our recommended service site and they will not be in that category. Do not mistake of using them as we did. If Service Magic keeps them on, we and others will not want to be using their services either. Can not rate low enough - lowest is a 1.
bad company to deal with If only I could give Virgil, the guy from Gorrila, no star... He doesn't deserve even the one that I put in here. I found his info via this site and contacted him to come for an estimate to fix a gas leak. He was supposed to come over at around 4:30 so I took off from work early and got home before that to wait for him. He didn't show up so I called him after 5.
