I received the product missing two pieces never received after months of emailing. Finally had to ask for a full refund and return product horrible horrible horrible experience would not recommend buying anything for them.

WOW! In today’s digital day-of-age I rarely find a company that gets real customer service right as well as Gorilla Gadgets LLC does. I mean, these guys are AMAZING! Misrepresentation of products they offer. Ordered a green laser pointer advertised as 50mw. I have a 5mw version that I bought for a fraction of the cost. They are identical and the beam is identical. Here's the response when I asked them to return and reimburse for shipping: I don't have the answer to that. That's what the owner chooses to do, and it is stated in the Return Policy on the website. The product was not misrepresented; it functions just as it is advertised to do.
