I’m an out of state investor, contacted David Warner directly about a listing he had. He served as a dual agent. He neglected to advise the property had been condemned by the City of Louisville a year prior. He did mentioned the roof needed replacement but never mentioned this property had already been condemned. The City mentioned there were several notifications posted on the property’s door and were repeatedly removed. The seller’s disclosure did state there were violations but it was NEVER advised that it was condemned. ... read more
