I've been a member of Gorham Savings Bank for 17 years and they used to have superior customer service, but unfortunately the level of service has dropped drastically over the last year or so. Sadly they have shifted their values to reflect themselves more and more like a big national bank and less of a local, neighborhood bank simply because of the lack of attention to detail and loyalty standing to their faithful customers.
