We tried to purchase a dress for Prom there today. 3 people were working. The owner, another adult and a teenager. I requested help from the owner and the other adult and they really were wanting their sodas instead. The teen was outside with two males. I was even able to write ON A POST IT, AT THEIR COUNTER, "We would have bought a dress today but we could not get any help". No one ever noticed. There was one other customer in the building. I would not recommend.

To:Gorgeous U Bridal and Formal From:Chakakhan Cummings For it to be my first time visiting this establishment I have to say the ladies in there gave A1 customer service. The ladies were polite, curtious and made me and my daughter feel very welcomed. This most definitely won't be my last time visiting. Oh and for the ladies...she has the place gorgeous...made me feel like i was in my own Diva closet.
