Kept telling me over the span of three weeks they never received my referral when they had in fact received it. Then told me they denied my referral because it did not have a diagnosis. I explained that four other doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me and that is why I was being sent to a specialist. And then told me they don’t treat IC anyways to which I replied “so now you are diagnosing me over the phone?”.
In spite of health conditions, the entire staff at Gorge Urology is a delight to work with. From the front window to examination rooms nothing but top shelf professionalism.
We’ve been blessed with the knowledgeable, kind, and consoling care we’ve received the last 40 years from Dr. Gingrich and his staff. Words cannot express our appreciation.
Experience was good really busy yet treated me as fast as they could. Good people work hard. Thanks for you help.
