Can I leave a NO STAR REVIEW!!! Don’t use this company. I have been waiting on my refund for a month because instead of getting a limo which they called 10 min after we were supposed to be picked up and it was in the shop and owner herself said she was sending us an upgrade party bus. Nothing worked, door was broke and rattled. There was leftover fingernails and fans and dirty napkins with used glasses from the last event. We had leftover drinks from the last event. They left us stranded with no way to get our guests to the venue. A few minutes AFTER we were supposed to be picked up by their party bus, I started calling trying to figure out where they were. They wouldn't answer my calls. Instead, they sent a text telling me that their party bus was having issues and they wouldn't be coming. I am a wedding planner and have used Gorge Limo services for multiple weddings in the Gorge. They are easy to work with, are straightforward on pricing and are flexible on scheduling, which I really value. I highly recommend them if you are wanting a limo or party bus!
