Straight pathetic management
The staff in the Gore Motors parts department are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I regularly deal with parts departments at various dealerships on a day-to-day basis for work, and Gore Motors consistently proves that they operate at the lowest quality. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone; I will call for days on end and leave many voicemails that go unanswered. This past summer I went into the parts department and waited in line to talk to an employee.I noticed that the person had a bad attitude and was treating customers as if they were a bother to him.All that I needed was the radio code for my Honda as my battery had died and I needed the code to get my radio working.A very simple task for this guy but he couldn't be bothered and sent me across the road to talk to the service manager who was irritated that I wasn't given the code initially.Within one minute I was given the code ... read more
