Don't trust them or their warranty. 21,000km after 5 years, really low mileage and yet still nothing but engines problems for 5 years. Their warranty covered nothing, read fine print. Needed several premature oil changes due to gas getting into oil, Malfunction fuel injectors not covered by power train warranty, and now main engine seal failing the moment I went to buyout the lease. Just bought a vehicle from Gore Motors and honestly had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, easy to talk to, and never made me feel pressured, unlike other local dealers. The whole process was smooth. You can tell they care about their customers. I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re shopping for a vehicle in Thunder Bay.
Started our car shopping in December and was informed that the HRV we were pricing would arrive in February. February rolled around & we were contacted and told that car had sold. More would be coming in March or April. Told the only way we could have any opportunity to drive an HRV is to put a $500 deposit down as they sell as soon as they arrive.
