Service dept is self destructing. The two staff running it now are disorganized and incapable of ordering parts or following up on appointments. They don’t know what service you need and often get vehicles confused. You basically have to keep track of your maintenance schedule yourself and even then,they mix up appointments. We own 4 Honda cars and are switching to the Acura dealer who can also service Honda vehicles.
Crossing Canada, I had to stop in Thunder Bay for "check engine" on my Honda Passport. Got first class service. Team very efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks.
