patiently waiting a real reason why gordy's hi hat did not step in to provide a phone for a 911 emergency. all life is important. gordy's has stated that they are no authority to tell someone how to treat their animals. a customer was not asking for an authority or for gordy's to step in. the customer i viewed politely asked for a phone to call an authority for help. i have messaged gordy's hi hat and am awaiting a response. their food pails in comparison to their behavior when a responsible person has taken it upon themselv... read more
Great restaurant with classic good old American food done right. Friendly owners and workers. Welcoming environment with patios and parks that family, friends, and pets alike can enjoy!
Without a doubt a gem of Northern Minnesota, the burgers and onion rings are delicious! A perfect way to cap off the long journey up north!
Not allowing someone to use your phone to call the police when there is a dog baking in a car on your property? Shame on you !!! I will NEVER walk in them doors again.
I have been going to Gordy's hi-hat for years. It was always a place my grandparents would bring us every time we would visit, they have great food and amazing ice cream. It has so many memories and the staff is always welcoming. I wouldn't listen to the reviews about the dogs I am sure the staff was unaware of the situation, and would it be the person who left their dogs in the car, issue. So 5 stars for me, this place is delicious!!
