This is the worst store EVER. We have been waiting for 5 months now just for a small tiny ring. I bet the employees are still somewhere in Africa digging for those diamonds � since we have to wait for so long, we came to the store and talked to the manager. She offered us 50% - 60% discount when we buy the bands. They said we will get our ring on January 10. We called in January 19 and they said haven't had it. We asked to talk to the manager. Usually when I go up there to get my ring cleaned everyone is very friendly...but today when I lost my ring and tried getting information on it I spoke to THE RUDEST woman I have ever spoken to up there. I called up there around 415ish and and I can't remember her name but I promise you I won't be going back bc of that ONE LADY.
