Unfortunately, I would not recommend Gordon's Cleaners, especially for brides who are looking to get their wedding dresses cleaned. I was given a 2 week time estimate, but after multiple delays that were not well-communicated, I received the dress days before my wedding, at the 4 week mark.
I started going here a couple of months ago after many years at White Star on Signal Mtn. Road ended with a poor experience. So far, the quality and service at Gordon’s is excellent, Gordon’s also appreciates getting your business which is nice.
I dropped off a white polo shirt and polo pant outfit to get pressed, for someone to get buried in. Gordon's employees knew this. I was pressing for time, to get the outfit to the funeral home. Therefore, I looked at the outfit, when I got it home. I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked like it had rust spots on the sleeves of the shirt and the front of the pants. I would not go back to GORDON'S CLEARNER'S(McCallie) if they paid me too! Worst cleaners in Chattanooga by far!!!!
