I dropped off a white polo shirt and polo pant outfit to get pressed, for someone to get buried in. Gordon's employees knew this. I was pressing for time, to get the outfit to the funeral home. Therefore, I looked at the outfit, when I got it home. I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked like it had rust spots on the sleeves of the shirt and the front of the pants. I would not go back to GORDON'S CLEARNER'S(McCallie) if they paid me too! Worst cleaners in Chattanooga by far!!!!

We used to use the Gordans in the North Shore area and they were great- no issues for 7-8 years. When it closed we started to use the Brainard location and in three months they have ruined four button down shirts. It’s the same thing all four shirts, rips or holes in the left sleeve.
I have heard some not so good stories about them but so far so good for me.
