I would give him 0 stars if I could. DO NOT rent from this company! I lived at one of the properties for almost 1 year. The house was infested with cockroaches and it took them 6 MONTHS to correct the problem! The pest control told me that ALL of his properties have a pest problem and even told me stories of houses with huge rats! My AC broke in the middle of the summer with 3 young children and it took the 2 months to fix. I love this management company. I have had HORRIBLE luck with any other place I have rented from. Maintenance is always quick to respond and gets the job handled promptly. Boomer always returns my calls within a few hours and fixes my concerns within a day or two. Boomer is also very friendly and informative! Kathy in the office ALWAYS answers the phone and very kind. Keith did an amazing job managing our condo in Atlanta for almost 4 years, and was extremely helpful when we decided to sell it recently. He is responsive, professional, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Keith and his team.
I can very disappointed in how he treated me as tenant. He was very rude and disrespectful. Several cars have gotten broken into at his East point location and he has failed to do anything about it he also cussed me out on the phone and had the never to ask if i was on drugs. I’ve never had issues with the landlord but this has been the worst experience. I fear for my safety and my neighbors. I will not be renewing and would not recommend anyone to live here.
