I haven't been to every single place in the area, but the few I have been too were really great! There seems to be a nice diversity to not only the establishments, but also the residents. My only concern was it felt a bit "dodgy" there on the Monday night when we were the last people to leave Luxe and everything else was closed. Maybe brighter street lights/cctv would help that. �
The people and the location make it a great place to call home!
My husband and I went for last year's DAY OF THE DEAD celebration. It was FANTASTIC!
