Absurdly overpriced for the quality of the food. The beef wellington was completely tasteless, even with the reduction. Fiance had the salmon which was meh. Mac n Cheese was horrible. Watery, oversalted, just terrible. There is no way in hell that Gordan Ramsey would allow a kitchen under his name be ran like this. We are both very very disappointed and will not be coming back.

It’s Hell’s Kitchen, so the food is always going to be delicious, but sometimes the service is lacking or we’re feeling rushed out of our table (one time, we had apps, dinners and desert in under 45 minutes). Still, it’s always an enjoyable experience. I recommend the risotto (of course), the braised short dab, and the sticky toffee pudding.

Exceptional prix fixe meal with the scallops, beef wellington, and sticky pudding. The Argentinian Malbec was also excellent. While it's not vegas, the experience was nearly as good.
