Dr. Preston is an amazing surgeon. His care throughout my entire procedure, follow up and the care of everyone on the 500 unit at Akron General were exceptional. I have had several back surgeries but everything about this one has me optimistic. I was having severe femoral nerve issues that were resolved immediately after my operation. It’s taken me awhile to write this, simply because I didn’t want to be fast to judge harshly. I read reviews on Dr. Preston before my appointment. I should have listened. Dr. Preston is very dismissive and unless you’re adding to his financial benefit, you’re not worth the time. After MRI reading (which showed problems on the right side NOT the existing left side problem since 2019 lumbar surgery) he exited the room saying “well it’s not getting worse, so call me when you need me”, I interjected saying “the left side is inde... read more
