Outstanding doctor. You have access to a doctor via text/Skype and traditional appointments for less than one copay!! He uses Eastern and Western medicine which makes him a life saver for autoimmune system diseases (things that don't fit nearly in our western medicine "one body part at a time"). If you have diabetes, thyroid, fibromyalgia, etc. This is the doctor you NEED.

I was Dr Luan’s patient for several years when he was with Arch Health Partners. Because of insurance issues I haven’t followed him to his new practice. He always listened to me and was readily willing to discuss my issues at length. I highly recommend him.
