First of all you should know up front that Dr. Douglass has zero personality. I've been going to him for many years and he knows what he's doing. However you never know where you stand on any given visit. The last time I had a broken implant and waited for over a week for an appointment. Finally when the day arrived for my appointment (which should have taken him no more than half an hour) he looked at the tooth and uttered that it would take 15 to 45 minutes. Gordon Douglas has been our periodontist for about 20 years. He and his staff have always provided the very best care and service and I recommend their office highly. While going to the dentist is not my favorite event, Dr Douglas have always provided a service that is as comfortable as possible for those that have to sit in a dentist's chair.
